I've been there. Most of my life I have struggled with depression, anxiety and CPTSD. The severity has varied, but when I have been at my lowest of lows- this is the plan I came up with (after I came out of the depression of course). This plan was what I needed to have near me, and for my loved ones to have so that when depression strikes again- we would all be prepared. 

It can be nearly impossible to do anything when we are depressed. This mini Ebook helps us prepare for that ahead of time. When you live with mental illness long enough, you know it's not a matter of if, but when you will start to feel down again. 

I created this mini Ebook with the help of licensed trauma therapists, and my own 15 year background in spiritual and mental health through the lens of Ayurvedic medicine and Vedic psychology.
